We want you to love your Nerdwax experience, but if our products aren't helping your glasses stay in place, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Simply ensure your items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place your Nerdwax products securely in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive it, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
